Harvest Winemaker Dinner
Aug

6:00 PM18:00

Harvest Winemaker Dinner

Join us among the vines for a four-course meal from our friends at Shiretown thoughtfully paired with our wines, including the newest releases from the 2025 vintage. Just days away from the start of harvest, the grapes will be absolutely delicious and you’ll have the opportunity to taste right off the vine.

Dani and Kevin cooked at many wine dinners during their time in Paso Robles and they have some cool and delish ideas for dishes intended to highlight the wines. We’ll reveal the finalized menu soon but the current draft includes tri-tip grilled beside the table and big hopes for a fresh lobster roll…

These dinners are a great opportunity to learn more about our vineyard and to hear from us as we share the story of each wine from vine to glass.

Supra

We are very excited to host a collaborative, open-fire wine release dinner with Frankie's and The Shepherd's Hearth featuring the brand new, extra delicious 2025 Amber.

We've always admired Jesse and Lucia from The Shepherd's Hearth, their philosophy and what they do with fresh and hyper-local food over a wood fire. This dinner’s menu, inspired by the delicious cuisine of Georgia, is a joint creation between Jesse and Frankie's chef Jordan Ware, with ingredients sourced from local farms the morning of the event. We’re calling it Supra, a nod to a traditional Georgian wine dinner.

The menu will be released soon! We’re probably most excited about the roasted pork cooked over prunings from last year’s La Crescent, the very wood that grew the fruit for the 2025 Amber. We hope you'll join us for this special dinner celebrating community and the generosity of the land, Vermont's summer bounty and a new vintage of amber wine.

Piquette Release!

  • Lincoln Peak Vineyard (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Naturally carbonated and weighing in at just 5.4% abv, these impossibly refreshing and super stashable bottles are the ideal companion for an afternoon at the river or a celebratory swig at the end of a hike. Join us at Friday Night Music to taste these beauties and take home a six-pack for the weekend!

What is piquette?
Also called acqua pazza in Italy or lora in ancient Rome, piquette is the French term for a low-alcohol wine made by rehydrating pressed grape skins with water. After squeezing all the juice out of the grapes, the dry pomace that’s left behind still has lots of sugar and flavor. To make piquette, this pomace is collected and soaked in water, then refermented, extracting every last bit of potential from the grapes. The result is a light-bodied, low-alcohol wine traditionally consumed by vineyard workers on their lunch break (it still is, by the way…). With a history as old as wine itself, think of it like the OG spritzer or a White Claw that’s actually interesting.

Txotx!
Apr

6:30 PM18:30

Txotx!

Spring is cider season in Basque Country. Local cideries - sagardotegis - open their cellar doors and yell out “txotx!” the customary invitation to come drink their freshly fermented ciders straight from giant chestnut casks. The ciders, each one unique and alive, are washed down with an epic meal of chorizo, cod omelets, ribeye steaks, walnuts, quince jam, and a baguette-like piece of bread that’s as long as the communal table it rests on. It’s boisterous, slippery, and delicious, a tradition rooted in centuries of cidermaking and bursting with laughter, wonder, and pride.

We’re teaming up with Shiretown to bring txotx to our community. Inspired by an incredible experience that we had at Lizeaga Sagardotegia while on our honeymoon, we’ll be pairing four of our ciders with a traditional Basque meal prepared and hosted by Kevin and Dani at Shiretown. We’ve been looking forward to this for a long time. Only 36 seats available so grab your ticket before it’s too late!
