Wine Club FAQ
How does the wine club work?
Membership includes four seasonal shipments of wine per year of the winemakers’ choice at 10%, 15%, or 20% off bottle price, as well as discounted tastings and glasses, and priority access to events including release parties. Options include 3 bottle, 6 bottle and 12 bottle shipments and best of all, it’s free to join!
How do I sign up?
You can join online or come in to our tasting room.
I just joined. When can I pick up my first release?
Our club opens for registration in May 2024 and the quarterly releases are planned for July, September and November of 2024. You will be notified via email when the release is ready for pickup or scheduled to ship.
When do my membership benefits begin?
You receive your discount on tastings, glasses and bottles starting the day you join!
Can I change club levels?
Yes, you can change wine club levels at any time. We need to know before your card is run for an upcoming club shipment, so please email us at hello@lincolnpeakvineyard.com before the next release to make changes.
What should I use as my shipping address?
Alcohol shipments require an adult signature and cannot be left at your door. We strongly recommend shipping to a work address. We can also ship to your local UPS location or UPS partner shop where they’ll hold your package for 5 days for you to pick up.
I’m traveling when my shipment is supposed to arrive; can I delay the shipment?
Yes. Please let us know before the scheduled club shipment for when you would like your wine to ship. Your card authorization will be run at the same time as all club members.
How do I update my credit card, address, email or other information?
Visit vinoshipper.com/login. If this is your first time visiting your account, click “reset password.”
